Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Fruitz is committed to respecting your privacy. This privacy notice explains our practices for
“Consumer Health Data” that is defined and regulated by the Washington My Health My Data Act.
“Consumer Health Data” means personal information that is linked or reasonably linked to a consumer
and that identifies past, present or future physical or mental health status. Consumer Health Data
includes information about medical conditions as well as non-medical information, such as biometric
data, information about use of non-prescription health-related products, and access to healthcare,
reproductive care, or gender-affirming care.
Categories of Consumer Health Data that We Collect
Notwithstanding any other statements in the Fruitz Privacy Policy, Fruitz only collects, uses, and
discloses Consumer Health Data to the extent you have provided this information to us or as
permitted by applicable law. We encourage you to review our safety faqs and Terms of Use before
providing Consumer Health Data on Fruitz.
Fruitz may collect the following categories of Consumer Health Data:

Sources of Consumer Health Data
We collect Consumer Health Data from sources including:

From you, when biometric data is collected and used as described in Fruitz’s Privacy Policy, such as
photo verification.
Information provided through interactions with other members.
From your interactions with us in the context of a report.
Disclosures of Consumer Health Data
We may disclose the categories of Consumer Health Data described above in the following
circumstances:
Consumer Health Data may be shared among the apps and websites operated by the “Bumble
Group” which includes FLASHGAP, Bumble Holding Limited, Badoo Trading Limited, and Bumble
Trading LLC.
We may disclose Consumer Health Data with our data processors, service providers, and
contractors who assist us in providing goods and services to you. These companies may only use
the data only as permitted by our contracts with them.
We may also disclose Consumer Health Data as permitted by law, such as (i) with your consent,
(ii) to an acquiring organization if we are involved in a sale or a transfer of our business, (iii) as
needed to prevent, detect, protect against, or respond to security incidents, identity theft, fraud,
harassment, malicious or deceptive activities, (v) as needed to preserve the integrity or security of
our systems, or (iv) to investigate, report, or prosecute those responsible for any action that is
illegal under applicable state or Federal law.

Example: information generated from the measurement
of your physical or behavioral characteristics that can be
used to identify you.

verification.

Example: information that concerns your genetic
characteristics.

information on your profile or when
chatting with other members.
Information about Your Access to Healthcare
Example: records of when you access healthcare
(including online health services) and any precise
geolocation data.
You may choose to disclose this
information on your profile or when
chatting with other members. We may
also collect this information if you have
given Fruitz access to your location in
your device settings.
Accommodations and Accessibility Data
Example: information about your use of screen readers
or other accessibility services when you access our
website or app.
We may collect health information from
you if you need assistance accessing our
website or app.
Health and Safety Data
Example: information regarding a reported safety
incident on or off app.
We collect and use the information you
provide to investigate and take action as
appropriate, in accordance with our Terms
of Use and Community Guidelines.
You have specific rights with respect to your Consumer Health Data:
You have the right to know if we are collecting, using or disclosing your Consumer Health Data, to
access that data, and to receive a list of the affiliates and the categories of third parties with
whom we have shared your information.
If we are processing your Consumer Health Data with your consent, you have the right to
withdraw that consent.
You have the right to request that we delete your Consumer Health Data.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your rights.
To exercise these rights, please submit a request to contact@fruitz.io. We will authenticate your
requests and process it as required by law. Please allow 45 days for a response. If we deny your
request, you may appeal that denial by contacting us at privacy@fruitz.io. If your appeal is
unsuccessful, you can file a complaint with the Washington State Attorney General at
www.atg.wa.gov/file-complaint.
